The concert was amazing! However more signs in English to help direct foreigners where to go would have been nice. Also there weren’t any details on parking provided.

1) The artists for Dec 21 & 22 are different.
2) Damaged or lost wristbands cannot be re-issued. Wristbands are waterproof and do not easily tear.
3) Please be considerate of other people around you. Any person with disruptive or violent behavior will be evicted from the festival venue without a refund.
4) Please be careful with all of your belongings. Any missing personal belongings in and outside of the venue will not be the organizer, the venue or the artists' responsibility.
5)Taking photos is allowed. However, the use of professional cameras, voice recorders, or any type of live online broadcasting/streaming is prohibited.

10 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
7~9 days before the reserved date: 30% refund
4~6 days before the reserved date: 20% refund
3 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 10 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
10 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
7~9 days before the reserved date: 30% refund
