Staff was very helpful and efficient in organzing us to get on the bus to the venue, easy ticket redemption process & overall it was a great experience. Most importantly I had fun with my friends!

Pretty much it was a really nice experience. The fact that Trazy takes you to the concert allow you to make new friends during the mini trip!! The concert was amazing of course. My only disappointed thought is that most of the distributed tickets were not even close to the stage. I know Trazy didn't guarantee good seats but still it feels kind of sad after knowing that past years, foreigns got better tickets T.T Anyways, it was really fun!!

Amazing day filled with great performances. There was an amazing atmosphere throughout the whole concert, and you could see different age groups all enjoying the music.

Trazy was fine, but the actual even was a train wreck. People were very rude during certain performers and the guards were in my view the entire concert. I paid for this event and couldnt even see the stage because of the guards standing in the aisle. If they were sitting, I'd have a perfect view. I was very excited to see Stray Kids and NCT Dream and I couldnt even enjoy it because I couldnt see. I don't plan on going next year if this doesn't change.

The concert was amazing and very cheap even though me and my friend weren't that close to the stage. I am really happy to have seen Red Velvet live!
