Overall, a great excursion and well worth a visit to each place but I would highly recommend more time at each. The whole day felt very rushed. It’s not anything negative about Trazy or the wonderful tour guides, I just feel that doing all 3 (Nami, Garden of Morning Calm and the Railpark) in one day stretches it a bit thin and you don’t get to fully enjoy each place entirely.

I booked this for my friend and I. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the tour. First we went to nami island. It was great to walk around. We absolutely loved the bike ride and I would do it again. My personal favourite was the garden of the morning calm. I’ve been in the day before but the night lights were beautiful. But be warned! It gets cold when the sun goes down !

instruction to the to the bus pick up point is clear. Tour guide is amazing, he spoke english and chinese at the same time. Staying in Skypark Hotel III is better as it is close to the pick up point. Not bad, but we are unlucky as we didnt see any snowfall during our trip.

This day really surprised me! All the activities and transportation was perfect and definitely the best was the ride!

My wife and I recently join this tour, and it was an unforgetable experience! With its breathtaking views of Korea's country side and Nami Island, we learnt so much about its rich history. It was even made better by our tour guide Cecilia who was very informative and hospitable. If your visiting South Korea, this is a must tour.

Wonderful. Tour Guide Sophia was a delight. It was so well managed by our guide Sophia... we enjoyed. The pickup point namsen bus stop is difficult to locate and this should be changed to an easy place.

A nice way to leave the business of Seoul for some countryside. The rail bike was fun, although we thought it would be more picturesque. Nami Island is lovely, very Instagram worthy. I expect there's more to do there in the Summer. The garden of morning calm was beautiful with the light show, very impressive displays.

It was quite slippery from the ice, so please make sure to wear boots with good traction. I think if you go right after it snows, it will be much safely to navigate around. However, the main roads weren't as icy. Compared to the other times I had gone to Nami, I was able to walk around to the end of the island and see smaller things that I had not seen before in my previous attempts to the island. The Gangchon Rail Bike was fun, and I'd love to go back during the warmer weather. However, the highlight of the whole trip was the Garden of Morning Calm. I had never seen such a well done and breathtaking light show before. I highly recommend seeing the garden both in the summer and the winter.

For someone like myself from los angeles, this was a very interesting experience as it was negative 17 degrees Celsius. The staff were friendly and responded in a timely manner. Would recommend this trip if you like snowy weather

The rail bike experience and Nami Island were sooo beautiful we were able to enjoy our time there and take many pictures with the yellow and red trees. However the schedule for the tour wasn't respected so we were more than 2 hours late from the original schedule (not only because of traffic but also while waiting for latecomers even though the tour specifies they won't wait). We arrived at the Garden of Morning Calm at 6 pm and it was so dark we couldn't see anything since there wasn't much light there. I personally think that it would have been better to skip that part and get a refund only for the Garden instead of wasting the time there. We were pretty upset to finish the tour that way. Since we enjoyed the beginning so much.

Very organized tour. Our tour guide Mira is the best - communicates well, reminds the group of each activity details very clearly. All activities are spectacular; however, i would say the Bike Rail Park was the highlight. Great views plus cardio workout.

Nami island is lovely! wish can spend longer there to cycle longer. best part was being able to do Zipline to Nami. (refunded for ferry) 5 star! Bike rail was fun & scenic as first timer for us. 5 star! Petite france is 3 star. it’s mainly to take IG photos. and didn’t expect the uphill walk . only 1 tiny coffee kiosk open at a corner. only wish to have a coffee break at the nice setting one with the big seating (closed but no sign ) our guide, Josh service is 5 star! he guided us to cab to petite france to catch up w the group after we missed the meeting time by 30 mins. maybe a tour with only nami + bike and longer time at nami will be popular & lower cost.

We were with an amazing tour guide “VANESSA” She helped us and made sure everything was alright. The tour was super fun and amazing and the bus was big, clean and comfy. The rail bike is something really entertaining! Nami Island was the best i really enjoyed walking down the road surrounded by incredible trees, riding a bike, and having tasty food. The garden is a must see! With so many breath taking scenery. I recommend booking via trazy, so easy and convenient. The only downside is checking the names while departing, it was messy and you have to go asking every tour guide for your name!! I wish if checking the names be more organized and smooth.

We had a great time at all the locations. The Gachon Railway park was very nice, I think it would be better in summer and spring as it was a little bit bare. Nami Island was great as well and the Garden of the Morning Calm light festival exceeded our expectations.

The bus tour for Garden of morning calm, Nami island and Rail bike was awesome. Our bus tour guide Jade was also very good. She gave information on Korea and the places we visited. Very cooperative.. Rail bike was the highlight of the trip

Very well organized ! I hoped we had more time at the Garden of the Morning calm , it was just so beautiful! I recommend riding a bike at Nami Island! The best highlight was the Rail bike and the light tunnels we went through !!!

The tour guide was helpful and informative. Everything was pretty much on schedule. I enjoyed everything we did that day. I will book with Trazy again!

The trip was good and fun. My guide was Gigi and she was friendly and assisted us well throughout the tour. She explained on safety and meetup location for every pt very well. Only downside is the bus, it was small and not very comfortable. I think the bus is quite old. If a newer bus was provided for the trip, it would have been a more comfortable ride for me and family.
