[Ticket & Entrance]
1. No one under the age of 19 will be admitted to the event (people who are born in 1999 and before are able to purchase the tickets). If the concert goer turns out to be younger than the age of 19 during the ID check, he/she cannot enter the venue and no refund will be issued.
2. Valid photo ID and the confirmation email are required to pick up the tickets. All participants must bring valid photo ID (passport or alien registration card) for age verification.
*Foreign government-issued ID must be presented with a copy of your passport.
3. The ticket cannot be refunded or changed on the day of the festival.
4. Please make sure to pick up the ticket first, exchange the ticket into a wristband, and then proceed to the gate.
5. You cannot receive the wristbands on behalf of someone. The staff will put the wristband to each individual audience.
6. 2-day pass will be exchanged into a single wristband. Please note that you need to wear the same wristband for 2 days and be careful of any damages. You cannot transfer the wristband to others for a single day use only.
7. The entry is on a first come, first serve basis and only available to the person who wears the wristband.
8. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets/wristbands cannot be reissued. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets/wristbands.
9. Reselling or transferring of tickets/wristbands is prohibited. The event organizers are not responsible for any tickets bought from an unauthorized third party. Resale of tickets may be subject to Korean laws.
[Rules & Regulations]
1. For safety, there will be a security check before the entry.
2. Any prohibited items found during the security check will not be kept by the festival organizer. You can keep the items at the storage service booth (additional charge).
3. According to artists’ request, there may be an intensive security check with a metal detector/X-ray scanner.
4. Please refer to the below list of prohibited items.
- Glass items, cans, fireworks, sprays, torches, flag poles, selfie sticks, umbrellas, baseball bats, weapons, and any other dangerous items
- Drones and remote-controllable toys
- Carts, bikes, scooters, skateboards, and electronic vehicles
- Balls (baseball, soccer balls, basketballs, boomerang, etc.)
- Unauthorized professional cameras including DSLR cameras, tripods and zoom lenses
- Expensive items (the festival organizer is not responsible for any personal property loss)
- Illegal drugs
- Food, beverage, or any liquid
- LED lights, pointers, pickets
- Wheel chairs and other mobility aids are allowed but they may be restricted in certain areas of the festival venue.
5. Casual recordings with your smartphones are allowed. However, professional recordings of the performance and artists are prohibited at the festival. Please be aware that all forms of photography and video recording may violate the artists' copyright/portrait right and may lead to legal actions.
6. Please note that the event organizer will record the festival for commercial use. The audience’s portrait rights in the video belongs to the company and you agree to be photographed or filmed upon entering the venue.
7. Please be respectful of other audience around you at the venue. Individuals who are causing a situation affecting others will be asked to leave and escorted out of the venue by security guards.
8. Please note that the performance involves very loud sounds, flames, strobe light and laser. These external stimuli can be threatening to pregnant women, elderly, or people with heart disease. The guest should be well informed of these potential dangers and responsible for any risks. The festival organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries during the event.
9. The festival lineup and schedule are subject to change depending on artists’ situation. No refund will be made in case of the lineup or schedule change.
10. Please do not touch or damage the stage decorations. In case of damage, the event organizer may request the responsible individual for the compensation.
11. The storage service will be available at an additional charge on site.
12. Flowers, letters, and gifts for artists are not allowed at the festival venue
13. Any pets, except guide dogs, cannot enter the festival venue.
14. In case of emergency, please inform the nearest security or staff.
